3090 Vertical Mount

I missed that part. Lian Li says the cable is 200mm. (20cm if you're dumb Murican like me)

No problem. Since the Lian Li riser is made to go in your PC and you have the budget, I'd just get that. Go to PCIE 3.0. If you happen to notice a difference, and happen to want that performance back(there's almost no drop in it) then order a 20cm cable from that link.
