Other details: Been looking for a vertical mount for a while but I always come across conflicting information, whether it's sturdy enough or if it actually supports the mobo. This is my build I'm looking to install it in:

No problem. Since the Lian Li riser is made to go in your PC and you have the budget, I'd just get that. Go to PCIE 3.0. If you happen to notice a difference, and happen to want that performance back(there's almost no drop in it) then order a 20cm cable from that link.
