Hello to start with I have tried everything I could think of to keep my graphics card running. I'm not sure what the exact cause of the problem but I know the issues that occur.

1. The PC will not shut off at idle or watching/streaming videos (Idie temp around 40 to 45 degrees)
2. Anything that requires the graphics card to run under load 50% or more will result in the graphics card crashing within 30 minutes to an hour(the PC will shut down/turnoff with no blue screen)
3. Its average temperature is within a safe range of 50 to 65 degrees under load (load range above)

4. After swapping the 2080ti with 1050ti the PC ran fine with no issues.

Solutions that I have attempted to resolve a problem

1. Reinstalling drivers
2. Updating drivers
3. Flash bios
4. Changing thermal paste

Specs

Case: NZXT H710i
Processor: AMD Rzyen 9 3950X with NZXT Kraken X53 240mm cooler
Ram: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB
Graphics card: GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XTREME

Power supply: NZXT E850

I really don't want to join the line of waiting for a graphics card so any help is appreciated T.T

Do you have another system to test the graphics card with? Could also be you power supply. Probably one or the other. Your GPU could still be under warranty but I would first check the power supply.

I gave to a friend to test I'm hoping it at least works in another PC. My power supply is NZXT E850 forgot to add it to the list of parts.

I didn't read the fine print and register my graphics card when I got it. It's still under a year old will they still cover it under warranty?
