S20+ screen replacement

My brother recently gave me his old 20+ The back and front glass is smashed and this has affected the touch screen. The repair guy I asked a price for said 520 (AUD) including installation I don’t need the s20+ fixed so should I just have a crack at replacing the glass myself?
