Q Flash Plus USB Not Flashing

I am currently trying to q flash plus a bios so I can install a Ryzen 5600x on a friends motherboard, but whenever I press the q flash plus button the USB just sits there with the light solid and the mobo light does not come on. Motherboard is the Aorus B550M Pro-P. I have done this on the exact same motherboard before and it did not do this. Is it possible the bios has already been updated?
