ROG button, fan button not working

So I have a ROG G531GV for a year and everything was fine. However, today I found out that my rog button and the fan button is not working, then I search and opened it manually and it said service error so I uninstalled and redownloaded it. Although I am able to open it by searching and it works after redownloading , the hotkeys still doesn't work. I want to be able to open armoury crate with the rog button instead of searching it, it there any fix?

Uninstall ROG center, reboot, then run the ROG center installer as Administrator.  If that doesn't fix it, also download and reinstall the ASUS hotkey drivers if they exist for your laptop.

 

Or maybe try the MyASUS utility from the MS Store that's supposed to integrate all that (that's the official distribution point for it too...ASUS redirects to the download on the MS Store)
