First time building a PC, I Plan to Stream on youtube/twitch, I haven't bought anything yet, just wanted to know what I can compromise on, I really just want to game at 4k 144hz at the cheapest price point (yes I understand how contrary that sounds lol). I will probably be using this for day to day stuff as well such as zoom calls and homework etc. Also, I wanted to know how realistic it is to wait for the GPU at MicroCenter since I really don't know how that stuff works.

Budget (including currency): 2700$

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Call of Duty: Warzone/Cold War

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

You pretty much nailed it on the head, but lack of SSD is straight up unacceptable nowadays. I would prefer a 1440p res at 27-30 inches because you cant tell the difference at the distance where ya sit.

This is 2 years old, but i stand heavily on this one. And besides, 4k 144 is very early on its life cycle and you will be murdered by the adoption price remorse (And i can tell its scalped, the MSRP for that monitor is 800$ on LG site).

I'd say that there aren't many compromises u can make because everything seems to compliment each other well right now and downgrading something would make it a bottleneck. If your heart isn't fully set on the 4k 144hz monitor then a 2k 144hz would be a lot cheaper plus u could further crank up the graphics quality too if u downgrade that besides saving like up to $500. I'd say that u shouldn't limit yourself to an FE (Founder's Edition) 3080 since they r too difficult to find and see if u can get a close to retail price for a 3080 GPU from another manufacturer. I do have a suggestion for improving the rig which is to add maybe just a 500gb m.2 ssd since they r much faster than any hard drive. Also, make sure that the IO on the Mobo u currently have will suffice since it is an ITX. Also keep in mind that u will also likely need to fit other things into ur budget including case fans and thermal paste neither of which are expensive. U may also need headphones, a mouse, and a keyboard too.
