So, as the title describes, my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has been stuck on the Title screen after preforming an update.

I have tried draining the battery, fully charging it and hard reseting(power button + volume down).

If i plug the phone in to charge, the samsung screen imediately comes on, and stays there. If i hard-reset it when it is charging it will turn off, vibrate and turn back on only to get stuck on that screen again.

If i unplug the phone and try to reset, the phone just turns off.

I cant seem to get it to turn on even to the samsung screen while it is unplugged. and when it gets plugged in, it imediately turns the screen on, without any way for me to try and load the recovery menu for a safe-mode boot or to factory reset the device.

i have even looked at remote factory reset options, but as the phone cant be turned on, none of these will work.

if anyone has any ideas id love some help, really dont want to have to fork out £100+ on a repair when im STILL PAYING THIS THING OFF

oh and there is a tiny crack at the top of the screen, completely unrelated to this issue, but it means the phone wont get repaired under warrenty.

Connect your phone to charger, let it be around half hour, let it charge little.

Go to samfw.com and download firmware for your model. Download Odin tool.

Open odin, Load downloaded files(You should extract archive first)

Connect usb to computer, start pressing Volume Down + Bixby together for a few seconds and connect to phone USB-C cable.

Let go of all buttons when you see a change on the screen.

Then choose OK by using Volume Up key.

It's simple, But if you can't do it by yourself don't pay more then 30 USD.

If u need I can help.
