know im going to get some hate for buying from cyberpowerpc but got it on a huge sale where it was cheaper than buying it all individually and was worth the insurance that everything would work for when i upgrade

should definitely overclock that cpu, it can reach very nice clocks. good boost im perf.

two things consider upgrading:

your main issue here in terms of performance is the GPU.

gpus today are very expensive so I would advise staying from it unless you think upgrade is crucial.

if you sell your card you can earn some money for the new one.

RTX3060 solid choice, RTX2080 and its variants (TI, SUPER).

second thing is the power supply. its not good in the first place and to upgrade your gpu you must get one that fits it.

a quality psu with 600-650W, perhaps 750W if you are looking for future upgradeability.

Corsair TXM 650W

Antec HCG-750W
