Windows 10: SSL Errors in online games

I am having troubles launching some games, below are some of the errors/codes that I pulled from logs. At first I thought my CMOS battery was dead because SSL errors are usually due to mistimed clocks, however I don't think this is the case since I've unplugged my computer's power cable and the bios settings have persisted and also the clock is correct.

In League of Legends:

000002.089|  ERROR|             ExternalClient| ClientWebSocketTransport: After SSL_connect SSL_get_error returned 1...

in Dota 2:

[SteamNetSockets] Cert request for steamid:76561198055317817 failed with reason code 5002.  Cert request returned public/private key mismatch

System Specs:

Win 10

Ryzen 5800x (stock)

Asus Tuf 3080 (latest driver: 465.89)

32GB ram (oc'd at 3600, but i've turned it back to stock as well, made no difference)

MSI MAG B550 (latest bios: 7C91vA64(Beta version))

850W G ROG PSU WD 1tb ssd

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Attached are the full logs from each game.
