Every time I turn on my PC from shut down windows needs longer to load and I get a infinitly loading taskbar and i can‘t press the windows key. When I restart most of the time everything works suddenly fine but it is still laborious. I tried many diffrent things like just restart the explorer or clear the explorer history. I also reset my pc  but kept all the files.

In safe mode works also everything fine.
my pc specs are in my account.

reset another time and don't keep those files. something about accessing those files under another admin is making windows mad.

can you backup your data on external drive or separate hard disk (not the boot one) ?
