Do I need all those tasks?

I'm looking to free CPU %, my game keeps spiking

If there's some quick command it'd be cool too, thanks in advance

There doesn't seem much you can do.

 

Only 2 processes besides gta that have significant usage and those are windows basic processes,  which means you can't just stop them without windows malfunctioning. 

 

 

You would instead probably be better off getting a better CPU.

 

What's your computers specs anyway?
