What games are you looking to play? You're going to have to upgrade the GPU in the future when the stock frees up, preferably to an RTX 3060. Also, i've noticed that you're country doesn't have anything cheaper than the I5 10400, so you're going to have to stick with an iGPU (UHD 630) until you decide to upgrade.

I couldn't make it any cheaper than that, with the OS included. So i hope you don't mind spending a bit more money. 

There currently isn't any PSU's available in your country, mostly because of miners. So you'll have to wait for a bit or buy a prebuilt.
