Pc crashes loading games

So this issue has just started happening a few days ago i had downloaded some new games (within my pc specs) and while i try to start the games they immediately crash/freeze during the start up screen/loading screen. Normally it goes to the blue screen in about a minute after crashing. It first started this with Cold War but now its with almost all of my games on my pc that either used to work before or are within my pc's specs. I cant seem to track this issue down and i'm getting really frustrated with if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
