RTX 3060 Dell OEM (compatibility)

Hello! 
 

I recently purchased a Dell OEM system with a 3060ti. Would it be safe to assume the OEM 3060ti will work fine in another system? Or with another PSU?

Yes, OEM graphics cards usually work like any other graphics card and can work in any other system
