Computer not turning on

I need some help. I went to turn on my computer the other day and it didn’t turn on, I unplugged and plugged everything back in and it still didn’t work. I tried the next day it worked but it went to sleep and I couldn’t turn it back on and when press the power button it just clicks.

please help
