Error code 0x8080000000000000 urgent

Hello, my computer keeps blue screening with the error code 0x8080000000000000. I've done research on it and it says it's c++ related. I've done system scans in command prompt which fixed any currupted windows files. This is a clean install of windows 10, are these the correct c++ files?
