Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rust, Cod, Valorant, etc heavy gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm looking to buy a computer and I would like some recommendations (this will be my first pc). This is what I have picked for parts:

-    MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB GAMING X TRIO Video Card 659$ (when available on newegg) (after a recommendation probably going 3080 fe cause i'm going to wait for gpu restocking)

-    Lian Li Lancool II Mesh ATX Mid Tower Case 109$

No point getting a 660 3060ti if you are going to wait anyway, so after the shortage you might as well get a FE 3080 which will perform much better

You can get a Corsair MP400 Gen4 drive for that price, if you don’t care about Gen4 SSDS just get a Kingston A2000. Much cheaper.

What PSU do you plan to get?

Change that, there have been multiple reports of that PSU being terrible. Even by looking at simple reviews they are all garbage.
