Planning on upgrading my Pc

Budget : £200-£500

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Apex, Titanfall 2, Warzone etc. as well as some 1080p video editing and some light streaming

I was planning on either getting a new CPU, motherboard and RAM combo or a new graphics card, I understand that the GPU market is messed up at the moment so if I were to get a new one it would be in the future. This PC was second hand and I have upgraded the PSU to the one listed above. I would just like some advice on what to work on next, such as what components are good to get.
