I have a couple gripes and questions with this
-What is the case and PSU?
-Have you considered a B560 board? If not, just get a Ryzen 5 3600. 10400F + B460 + the slow RAM isn't worth it imo

the case is nzxt 510 and the mother board is an asus prime b460 and the powersuppy is corsair 450w cv series  hpw about if i canged the ram to 10500

-That case is garbage. Has zero airflow. 
-That powersupply is also bad. 
The RAM speed is limited to 2666MHZ on B460 boards, which is why i'm saying that either -
-Go with a B560 board, or get a Ryzen 5 3600 and a B450 board
