Internal panel name?

First off apologies I’m new to the PC realm and this maybe quite a simple thing but I can’t seem to find a name for it.

 

So in the picture I attached  below is there such a panel that is sold to cover up being able to see the back plate? I’m assuming it’s space for fans or radiator, however I don’t need any more cooling so was wanting to cover it up to hide some cables that are lurking back there!
