Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Genshin Impact, Minecraft raytracing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already got a gtx 1060 6gb for 5 500 000$ VND, I would like my monitor to be 1080p, 144hz

at the point of wirting this thread, 1$USD is around 23 000$VND

my build is going to consist of:

Case: Xigmatek Venom or Xigmatek Hero

CPU: Ryzen 3 3300x (Found a place sold for 3 090 000$VND)

GPU: Gtx 1060 6gb (colorful U-TOP) (bought for 5 500 00$VND)

MotherB: Asrock B450 Steel ledgend

SSD: Crucial P2 500GB NVMe 3D-NAND M.2 PCIe Gen3 x4

Screen: LCD 24'' AOC 24G2E/67 FHD IPS 144Hz 1ms HDR Freesync

keyboard, mice: already have

cooler: AMD stock cooler

RAM: DDR4 OCPC 16G/3000 X3TREME Aura X3 (8x2)

PSU: Cooler Master MWE V2 230V 450W

Do you have any recommendations for pc fans?

Wow, 3300x is available in vietnam of all places at MSRP
Only thing I would say is to upgrade your power supply to a 600w unit and preferably get 3200mhz ram instead of 3000, but that's not a huge issue.

So just to confirm, you are looking only for pc fan recommendations?

 

If so then go with a Noctua fan that works in your case. They are generally very reliable and good airflow. They are more pricy but they will preform well. If you want RGB, Lian Li has some cool looking fans that I forget the name of and Corsair has some too.
