Sooo i have HP laptop Intel Celeron N4000 1.1GHz 2 cores 2 threads 4 gb ddr4 2666MHz SDram HP-84AA Socket 1090 FCGBA mainboard and intel r uhd 600 graphics 128 MB ram yeah i know that ita piece of crap sooo i wanted to increase VRAM on my integrated graphocs card i tried every method i also tried it from bios (Insyde F.24) but there is no advanced options and i tried to enable it using some more combinations of keys but none of them worked soo i need help if you guys know how to enable advanced settings in bios. Thanks for attention

I think increasing the voltage etc. on the cpu and iGPU would be a very bad idea
There is not going to be setting for that in the BIOS
I think it only has basic troybleshooting etc. 
My current laptop doesn´t have those either

And If you want to make it better, you could add more memory, but that won´ t help you with APU maxium
