Only use M2Z with Ryzen bacause that chips are Ryzen optimized. M2B/M2C/M2D/M2E is a gamble if it works stable and all depends on the version you get. Do you get a version with Nanya chips it'works bad, do you get a version with Micron E-die it's great.

Other brand is my advice. Crucial always work good with Ryzen like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/BxTzK8/crucial-ballistix-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-bl2k8g32c16u4b because of Micron E-die chips.
