Help with upgrades!

Budget (including currency): $300 (USD)

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming, VR gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): this a link to the parts i am currently using including monitor: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nQCgcT.  

I plan on upgrading when i get the money to and the current budget isn't final but a guess, i would like to more or less beef up my pc to make sure that it can handle a majority of games on max/high settings while streaming, I also plan on using a virtual avatar with my streaming. From what i know what i have is good for now but it does hiccup on performance every now and then, though it is entirely possible that is just user error.
