help plan my build please

Go to solution Solved by Downkey,

Original PSU mentioned was a fire hazard. WIth some cost cutting, and getting rid of the overkill case, you can it a 5600x. You can also put a 3700x if you care more about productivity

Budget (including currency): about £1250 (GBP)

Country: United Kingdom

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: no mans sky, call of duty, unity, unreal, blender

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

i have about £100 above the budget if needed

preferably i would like to build the PC in either October or September as i want to take it to university

i had a few plans around the GPU. i would like a 30 series card preferably and i have over budgeted the 3060 TI which is the card i plan and would like because of the situation to be £540, im unsure if i should get a CPU with onboard graphics and wait for the stock to come back but this would mean no games probably or i can try get lucky with a stock checker to get a 3060 TI

i also currently have a laptop with an I7 10750 and GTX 1660 TI which i can use for the mean time if waiting for a GPU is a better idea but i would preferably like the PC for september

WIFI and Bluetooth are necessary for me and im looking at either a 3060 TI or 3070

the main needs are the ability to play games, and make games in unity and unreal and make assets for games in blender
