(almost) current build. Thoughts + advice?

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming on newer games, COD cold war

Other details: This will be my current build when the motherboard arrives on Thursday so I can fit the CPU and RAM, upgrading my motherboard from a cheap micro atx asus board and upgrading the cpu from a i7 3770s, plan on upgrading the GPU soon when they are back in stock for a decent price.
