Need help for new PC Build

Ok so this is going to be my first ever pc build but when I make a list i can't manage to stay in my budget. Also, if you could give any recommendations of what GPU I should have that would be much appreciated.

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Youtube, gaming, editing game fottage

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 144hz would be nice on most games. I will also buy asap.
