FlowFrames Gives Vulkan Error

Hello, i'm having this issue with flowframes interpolator so i'm trying to interpolate this video which is 6 seconds long at 30 fps.. and .mp4 format. So i'm using the vulkan version of RIFE so i did a interpolation of 4x. It said it finished and was waiting for encoding to finish but i waited and waited and nothing happened.. So i closed FlowFrames And tried again with same settings, and now when the AI starts my screen goes black for a few seconds and then shows me this error:

I had previous success with this program before using vulkan feature ..
