This appears on my laptop when it rests (so like a screensaver). I suppose it's flash because of the logo but I'm not quite sure also, flash player doesn't appear on my programs neither can I delete it, even tried geek uninstaller but to no avail.

Yeah probably. Some screen savers are made with flash.

Just change the screensaver and move on.

Yes, this is flash. If you click the i I am pretty sure it will tell you about how it was removed in 2020, and was disabled for many websites.
