PC not Posting

I made a new build with the following specs

 

Aorus Z590 

i7 10700k

16 gb corsair rgb ram (2x8)

gigabyte 1050 ti

seasonic 650w

500gb ssd (not important at the moment as I'm trying to post)

 

 

The issue is that i don't post. Gone through all my rookie mistakes from my last build, the internet, couldn't find a solution. At first I though it might've been the CPU but the error status lights on the motherboard indicate otherwise. The light constantly flashes from Dram to CPU. We have checked the RAM and is not faulty. With one RAM stick in, only the DRAM light stays on. All cables are good including PSU and 24 pin. Everything spins, lights up, but no post. There is no boot cycle it's in, just turns on and stays on without posting. Any help is appreciated.

Try removing the 1050Ti and then boot.
