NO DISPLAY

Go to solution Solved by tyrwhan,

I was tinkering around looking at things on my first pc.  It's a pre-built I buy power.  I removed the video card to get at my m.2 socket 3 on my b365 plus mb. Figured out what I was looking for.  Then reinstalled everything.  Forgot to hook up power to my 1660ti. (Rookie)

Powered down.  Unplugged.  Then hooked up the 8pin connector and reconnected everything.   At power up I now nave no display.  Can someone help?   Cards fans are on so its getting power.

I Uninstalled the card again and tried to hook up to my onboard display on the mb. Still no display.   Someone please tell me my curiosity hasn't killed my first gaming pc in a gpu shortage.

Make sure the display cable (HDMI /DISPLAY PORT ) IS CONNECTED TO THE GRAPHIC CARD instead of the motherboard (if your motherboard has display output ports.

Make sure the monitor power cable is plugged in and turned on (It happens many a times)

Ryzen 5 2400G -B450M DS3H Motherboard (Gigabyte) - 16GB RAM (CL 16, 3000MHz) - 240GB SSD (Kingston) - 1TB HDD(Seagate) - 450W PSU (Corsair)

All of this is checked.   All in working order.
