well need help

I'am now facing the GPU losing driver isuess, I don't know what is going on with my gpu, but I had call evga did a RMA replace for me but it is still losing driver,

describe: so basically the whole pc is working and the gpu is working, however sometimes the GPU is lost driver for about 10S and  whole scree goes back, but the software that using GPU will shut down,

my build: MotherBoard: Asus X570 E gaming
                GPU: EVGA 2080 TI Black edidtion 

                Ram: 32GB G.skill Trident Z with 4 slot

                CPU: AMD 3950X

                PSU: Corsair AX1200I

I think those should be enough for the im for you guys help me, BTW I have 2 dell screen one is U2518D other is U2718D

should I have bios setting of nvidia gpu on amd platform ?
