Off hand I would say the Nvidia 1030. I don't know what AMD currently has at that level. Given today's prices you may be better off just getting a Ryzen 3 3200G instead.

The 3200g is currently $193 on Amazon, when it should be around half that. Different platform, but the i5 10600K is less than that at Microcenter. 4/4 or 6/12 for the basically the same money. It's the reason I'm getting a 10th Gen Intel CPU tomorrow, since at least I get the iGPU and a backup should anything happen to the unicorn 3070 that I'm waiting for, while still getting a CPU that will last the 4-5 years I usually go between upgrades (ignoring that my last build was from 2013).

To the OP - the only sensible option is the GT710, since at least it's at RRP. Though I hate myself for recommending a 7 year old GPU, it's the only thing at RRP and it does the job of providing video out.

Hi I just had a quick question I recently built an itx system with a ryzen 3 3100 but I didn't know I needed an apu to use the hdmi and displayport on my motherboard so I was wondering do you have any recommendations for cheap gpus to get I was thinking getting something used or new on the low end since I just getting it for the ports for my sister build which uses a asus HD touch screen monitor.

If you don’t plan on gaming then any GT 710/730 card would work. The GT 1030 is also fine for really basic gaming.

Maybe there are also some good deals on used GPUS? GTX 770 mayb?

I didn't know that Amazon is selling the 3200G for almost $200. I only mention the Chip due the dGPU prices being rather high right now. And that the iGPU is decent enough not to need a very low end dGPU...
