Problems updating windows 10

I am having problems updating my windows 10 to the latest feature update. I have tried to install it about 5 times now and it blue screened with a “driver power state” error 4 times and as of this moment it is currently sat not doing anything as far as I can tell. The pc is running fans lights etc. However it is not outputting to display so I assume it’s not working? Been like this for about 1 hr. I really have no idea what to do with this and need some help.
