FiveM HELP!!

When I load into FiveM my screen has a light shade of red/orange tint. I have a older GPU which is a GTX 1070 Ti which has always ran really well. I've played the game multiple times and it has been fine, but now everytime I load in it gives me the almost filter like graphics. I've searched everywhere for support and cant seem to find any help. I've done everything I could find or think of doing. If anyone has any suggestions please help.

This the only game where it happens? Because it sounds like dying GPU and/or monitor/cable.

Yes only on FiveM. Even Normal GTAV its fine. When I pause the game or do a weapon selection the background of the menu goes instantly to normal graphics.

Most likely driver vs patching then. Try with older and beta drivers to see if that fixes things.
