Hey, im looking to upgrade my pc, because I believe my cpu is bottlenecking my build and I'm looking for some reccomendations. My Build is this one:

CPU: Intel I3-9100F

GPU: GTX 1650 Super

Memory: 2X4 GB

PSU: 450W

I was thinking of maybe investing in an I9-9900K since its the best cpu the motherboard, although im not sure if I should buy a Noctua fan, and I'm not sure with this change if i would have to upgrade my psu as well. Any tips and comments are greatly appreciate it. Thanks for helping a noob like me.

Personally I'd upgrade to 16GB of ram first. Also the 9900K and 1650S are totally unmatched. You may want to look for something like a 9400(f) or 9600K(f)

Big nerd.

The thing is that the reason I want to upgrade is because I play many FPS games, and since I got my second monitor, the CPU has been running at full capacity after a while in some games, and spontaneously freezes for a second, which is kind of frustrating in FPS games in the middle of a match which makes me die. The temperatures seem fine, and the RAM doesn't really seem to max out either, that's why i thought the CPU was the one bottlenecking the build and causing those issues.

Honestly, if you are going with a 9900k, you would need ALOT of upgrades. A cooler, new mobo, new PSU. Judging by what your doing, honestly get a 5600x, or just get something like a 9600K. Don’t waste your money on a 9900k.
