Danish Speed Contol?

Ok I just I find a video file while searching for old files to delete if needed. The Video is marked danishspeedcrontol.wmv dated ~2007.

 

Basically the Danes gotten tired of Speed among Males 18-35 and high number of road death of young men. So they started Traffic Controllers who are Topless blonde Young Women in Short Tight Red Shorts. Not sure but Boyshorts maybe?

 

I'm thinking that this just a Spoof.... But if not will this actually work in preventing Speeding? How about in the US in one of the more Liberal-Minded States?
