What do you recommend as addressable led strip for GIGABYTE Z390 Aorus Pro and B365F ROG STRIX motherboards? https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B08628ZN7H/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A22XFYHG70CYWN&psc=1 can this fit?

if you motherboard has a 5v 3pin argb header than it will work

Su Z390 ci sono VDG (D_LED1) e 12V RGB, ma ci sono anche adattatori

On B365F there is "+12V GBR RGB_HEADER"

I don't know Italian, but it says 12V, that means the strip from your link does not work with your motherboard.

You need a 12V 4-pin non-adressable led strip for your motherboard. If you want adressable RGB, you need something like a RGB to ARGB converter.
