GPU crashes my PC

Heyo,

 

My PC crashes from chrome, zoom, and other programs. I've tried taking my PC to a computer repair shop and it didn't work, we replaced the GPU to see if it was crashing it and it did. I tried the other GPU with my PC and it worked without crashing. I connected my GPU to another PC to see if it crashes it and it doesn't. I have the latest drivers as well. What could be the problem?
