Hello, I've noticed for a long time my GPU never draws more than 100W. I have a Asus RX480 4GB Dual and noticed it stutters. It started with warzone, it would drop to 0fps and my GPU usage would drop to 0%. I upgraded the RAM and the problem was solved for that game, so I'm not sure if it was GPU related. But I recently done a 3D Mark test and noticed theirs still performance drops in the benchmark. Does anyone know what this card should be drawing? I'm meant to be handing it down to my little brother but I obviously don't want to if it's faulty.

Increasing the power limit in AMD settings to +50% lets it draw a max of 130W and gives about 10-15 FPS more in black ops 3, I have a 144HZ monitor and with the +50% power draw it reaches around 115. But the core clock never reaches 1300MHz which is it's default clock, no overclocking. It goes to around 1230MHz. With the power limit at 100W it never goes above 1150MHz. The temps are never above 67c at 100W under full load and at 130W it's not above 74c. Upon looking in GPU-z I found the board power limit is 99W. Will sending more power through the card just melt it or what too? I don't think it's my power supply if it can draw 130W when I've increased the setting in AMD.
