Budget (including currency): 400$

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: N/A

Other details:  as I'm sure you read in the title I'm more looking on advice for a new monitor. I currently have two very dinky monitors from the early 2000s they run 1080p fine but I feel like the refresh rate of them is really limiting me. As well as the fact they run two different refresh rates it's probably f****** with my system too. I'm sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this just give me heads up if so.

2 refresh rate has nothing to do with the system.
