Error code 43 with rx 5700 xt

Hello !

 

I'm here after a long search on google but I have an issue. Note that the computer is my brother's one, and I have the same motherboard, same RAM, same CPU than his.
So, here is the deal, I installed a new windows on my computer (brand new M.2), made all the installation with the drivers, windows is up to date but the graphics card's driver won't install. when I go to the settings, I can see a warning on the rx 5700 xt and it says code 43 on it. I've cleaned the drivers with the DDU software, reinstall, but it doesn't work, I reinstalled windows but still the same.
I tried to flash the bios but it says not compatible subsystem and I have the motherboard's bios up to date.

At this point I wanted to see if the graphics card is dead, so I installed it on my computer, that has the same specs except the power supply, and it works on my system.

If anyone can help me please, thank you for taking your time to read this.
