Hello people! A friend of mine is having an issue getting his second M.2 NVMe kingston A2000 drive to work (He already has the exact same one on one slot). The problem is that it isn't showing up in disk manager and we cannot allocate it as a drive. He had an older Asus TUF b360 plus motherboard and we just changed it out for a Z390 Gigabyte Aorus Elite mobo. This didn't help it either. It does however show up in the BIOS on the other slot but again we can't get it to work in windows. We've tried to fiddle with the BIOS settings and he just reinstalled windows. I think he has a pirated copy of windows 10 but can that affect that the other M.2 slot won't work for getting the disk to actually show up in disk manager? Am I missing something here or could the SSD even be damaged? If so wouldn't it not even show up at all in the bios then?

PM/DM me if you have any questions about audio.

Adding to this. There are 2 A2000 that show up in device manager . However when we press "Fill" it says it cannot find any information regarding that volume or something like that. Hard to translate from swedish lol.
