Hi, whenever I go into DTS:X Ultra it gives me a message saying please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls please connect a headphone to use DTS audio controls. It was working at first and I’m not sure what changed. I am using a predator Helios 300. Thanks for all the help!

I'm having a same problem too. My device unit is an515-55-56r2 (Acer Nitro 5 2020).image.thumb.png.7ffd42ec81777d09caea8df57d7ffdc6.png
I've done a lot of reinstallations in the Realtalk audio driver and its console driver by its updated and previous drivers provided by acer but the issue still persist.

i faced the same issue. I watched several youtube videos and blogs, then somewhere along the way I messed up and cause my laptop not able to detect any of my speakers, probably because i uninstall my realtek audio drivers instead of audio console driver. so in the end i download and install the audio dirver from https://www.acer.com/ac/en/MY/content/support-product/8376?b=1 and i was able to use dts again
