Paring with CPU

I’m kind of torn between a 3700x or a 3900x but either way what GPU would go well with these CPU’s and wouldn’t create a bottleneck?

Use case? Resolution? GPU your planning to pair it with?

Mostly gaming and editing at 1440p and what’s zen 3

Ok if I were to get a 5900x or a 5800x would a 2070 super go well with it or what should I use so it won’t bottleneck
