HELP PLEASE - PC won't t boot, post or even beep, Fans go max speed!

OK so my PC has stop booting and posting, when I plug in the cable to the psu it starts without pressing the power button, there is no display output at all, the fans go straight to max rpm, there is no beeps or bios nothing, not even power to my keyboard and mouse, the power button on my case doesn't do anything, the only way to turn off the PC is to unplug the psu? Any ideas guys, I'm in quite the pickle... BTW its a dell pre built, the motherboard is a H11H4-AD and I feel that's the issue but I really really can't afford a replacement so any help would be golden!

Heres some things you can do too debug:

  • Check the cables, Are they correct connected?
  • Check the cpu seating, is it seated the correct way?
  • Take out some ram, test with only one installed.
  • Try some other ram.
  • Check for broken CPU Pins
  • Test with another cpu
  • Check for any corroded batteries

Can you check the cpu socket for bent pins

check and make sure the Heatsink is properly installed, some bios dont like when they arent properly on.

Make sure nothing is causing a short to the board

check the capacitors
