gpu running at 100% (Not normal)

Okay, so i bought a gtx 1650 super like 4 months ago. It was running at max 99% usage. But lately both my cpu and gpu usage got high. Cpu running at 100% sometimes.Gpu running at 100% on any game with highest graphics on. Which is most weird is that my gpu runs at 100% usage on World Of Warcraft, there's when i knew something was wrong. Please help me i am so tired of having issues everytime. Oh yeah, Fps feels lower than before, also when looking around fast fps drops by 10-20 fps.

Gpu = Gtx 1650 super

Cpu = i3 9100f.

Ssd = Samsung 870 evo.

motherboard = z390-a-pro.

Ram = hyperx 4x2.

Power supply = Hyper M 500W.

Would be awesome to get some help.

How are your GPU and CPU doing while idle? Anything that is abnormal there?

@Pikatchu Actually i've been noticing something weird there too. Cpu being at 10-50 just random spikes there.

 Gpu however goes from 1 to 30 when dragging things around.

You may want to keep an eye out on what is spiking your CPU, by reviewing task manager. It looks like there is a program that is running in the background constantly.

@Pikatchu I.ll send them to you as fast as possible. Google chrome taking up 5,5 to 7.9% Msi afterburner 1.8 max. Google chrome taking up 1.6 max  

runtime process for the client server seems to take up 25% of my gpu sometimes.

Are you overclocking the GPU?

Can you check the log, because I think the GPU benchmark failed.

So can you tell me what it says in the benchmark log? If you've already closed it, then just run it again.

 

And have you overclocked the GPU yourself?
