PC WONT BOOT "DRAM LIGHT RED"

Hello so i cleaned my pc yesterday everything worked fine i played games with normal fps and everything was like it was supposted to be.

I only took the gpu out and cleaned it from dust and today i got a little surprise.

When i tried turning it on today morning it wont boot and the red light on the motherboard switches from dram to cpu but stays on dram for the most time but the pattern is repeating .

i tried restarting the cmos even switching ram slots. all fans spins normal and everything works like it should but no signal.

Could anybody help with that?
