USB Tethering not working

Hello,

 

Today I got my desktop PC and cannot figure out a way to connect my phone internet to the PC itself. The cable works perfectly fine, so no idea where to look into the issue.

 

EDIT: I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro Max

Are the drivers installed for the phone on your PC?

Check device management, to make sure.

Thing is I'm not sure how to go about that. I only got my iPhone recently, had an android prior. Sorta confusing

Hold down your win key, press x, in that menu press device manager.

IF the iPhone is detected but not installed, right click on it and update drivers.

It’s there under portable devices but cannot update any drivers since no internet access

I would try to download iTunes on a PC with internet and transfer it over on a USB then. You're going to need either net or iTunes to install the drivers.
