Computer Crashes After 1-3 hours

Issue:  

computer crashes and reboots after 1-3 hrs. Works right after reboot for about the same time.

 

When:

playing games - Football Manager 21 and Ark Survival Evolved.  Also during a zoom call.  No apps running during games or zoom

 

specs:

Motherboard: TUF gaming x570-plus WiFi 

CPU: AMD 3600

air cooler: Hyper 212 Evo Black

RAM: 2x8 3600 GeIL EVO X II RGB

GPU: 5700x Taichi 

case: cooler master TD 500 Mesh Black

fans: 3x extra cooler master cycle flow

power Supply: Cooler Master Masterwatt 650 Bronze Plus semi modular

Windows 64 bit

 
Built: January with light use

 

What are the steps to start trouble shooting.  This is my first build.

Turn off any xmp or other oc.

If that doesn't work, Then run with 1 stick of ram (no xmp).

Check the Windows event viewer to see if that gives any more info. From the sound, it probably isn't overheating, but I'd still look at temperatures just to be sure.
